Well he said until the election, but I don't see why it would be different from real life since it just says "serve" not "selected, elected or otherwise appointed to the Senate" like the Expulsion amendment we passed last year for instance.

This guy is a moron. The Constitution say that someone who hasn't reached 200 posts can't be a Senator, not that they can't be elected. He has until whenever the next term ends to reach that point.

Not that it will matter since thankfully the good people of the Midwest are not going to vote for this child.
