Collins is a massive, massive HP. Cardin and King are also HPs, and Mikulski could go either way

Don't have a real opinion of the Maryland senators, I'll say FF for being in my party.

Collins is over-rated and strikes me as too moderate hero, so HP for her. King is an attention whore, but I do respect his independence, so FF.

That is very impressive. I wonder how that is even possible; a lot of votes and committee hearings tend to overlap.
