I don't mean that there will be an increase in wars, rather:

When there is an issue that could potentially be resolved through military action, will having more drones and robots instead of live soldiers make it politically easier for states to use military action?

Imagine the 2003 Iraq War situation taking place 30 years from now. The President calls for the invasion of Iraq, but..... under no circumstances is an American solder at risk of being killed or even injured. Instead they're all back on a Saudi base controlling the robots and drones. In addition, robots and drones are less expensive.

Doesn't this weaken anti-war arguments?

Coming soon to war zone near you:

Potentially, sure.  We've been fooled into war before when our actual fathers and sons were going off to die, fooling us with less of a chance of that seems easier.

Definitely. Drones and robots make warfare seem more distant, it's more preferable to having coffins being returned on live TV. Plus on a more cynical note, it's an opportunity to test new military R+D.
