Cynic has the Labor vote locked up, whereas Federalists are spreading around to several candidates. Dr. Cynic will undoubtedly prevail.

Jack Enderman, but I am very confused. He did vote for Matt as his first preference, but he has two candidates listed as his second preference, so I'm not sure if that invalidates his vote or not...

If it were up to me, I would say the first preference for Matt is valid. Once Matt is eliminated, the ballot should be considered exhausted.
