Einzige, taking up the long-dead banner of Épater la bourgeoisie.  Trying to get bile up through Nazi chic.  It says a lot about how desperate he is for attention that he's talking up the defense of Adolf Eichmann and Versailles revision and now ideas that Heinrich Himmler and pretty much no one else ever took seriously as points of debate.

By all means, talk about the superior metaphysics of the theology of a dull bourgeois failed chicken researcher who turned to the occult and his LARP-ish paramilitary group to liven a dull life and just happened to be in the right place at the right time to take over the SS.

Weren't you the same guy who once tried to insult Gustaf by calling him Luftwaffe Heinreich (sp), the Knight of der Sky?

By the way, Einzige, I'm calling you out.  Let's have a debate on the Political Debate board.  You can bring up any topic, whether the "unjust" extradition of Adolf Eichmann, the metaphysical merits of Esoteric Hitlerism, the falsity of the stabbed in the back myth (you never responded to my response in your thread), or the propriety of revision to the Treaty of Versailles.  Please, oh Wikintellectual of the 21st century, enlighten the entire forums with your brilliant ad hominem arguments and shock quotes to cover up the vapidity of your alleged philosophizing.

I have given thought to this duel thing, and it shows to me the powerlessness that people "on the outside" have in meaningfully impacting the terms of discourse.

Let us entirely ignore the intellectual merits of "Esoteric Hitlerism" as a belief system and simply focus on the mechanics of the situation:

Einzige/Somersault has stated several times that he has never attended college, and has no realistic opportunity of ever doing so. Everything he's learned has been through self education. Everything Mikado has learned, however, has been through over a decade's worth of expensive middle-class-or-better education, including (I think, correct me if I over-assume) law school.

Mikado will win this argument, if it ever takes place, entirely on the basis of his superior education. Mikado has been taught how to construct and present an argument whereas Mersault hasn't. Indeed, it is nearly impossible to learn effective disputation on one's own for free.

But that is true in general: dispossessed people lack the means of fighting through words because of their ignorance of the terms and tactics of argumentation. Passion on the behalf of the outsider, or "inherent rightness" of his beliefs, are no substitutes.

Storebought Mikado doesn't have a law degree but he does have a graduate degree; you raise a very valid point about how necessary expensive education is for winning intellectual arguments which I think most people don't take into consideration.

That said, Einzige is a terrible person who espouses terrible beliefs and I would thoroughly enjoy the shadenfreude of reading a great like Mikado so thoroughly thrashing him in debate

Einzige acts like he's better than everyone else due to his "superior intellect" and has a hipsterish obsession with the Third Reich and belittles those who don't share his fondness and enthusiasm for early 20th century fascism.  I just want to help teach him that his sense of intellectual superiority is misplaced and fondness for pernicious and misguided doctrines simply because they happen to be unpopular and therefore out of the mainstream is not avante garde, but idiotic (the two aren't synonyms as much as they might appear to be sometimes).
