Mexico - HC for being such a basketcase that its citizens are willing to risk death to leave it
Belize - FC for nice beaches and speaking English
Guatemala - FC once it stopped abusing its indigenous peoples and serving as the fiefdom of what ultimately became the Chiquita Banana Company
El Salvador - FC
Honduras - HC for having all of Mexico's bad qualities and none of its redeeming ones
Nicaragua - FC for putting up with all our s**t during the Cold War (and the USSR's)
Panama - FC for "letting" us do some remodeling that one time
Costa Rica - FC because ecotourism
The Bahamas - FC
Cuba - HC for disobeying 'Murica
Haiti - HC in every possible way
Dominican Republic - FC, moreso if you compare them to their Hispaniola neighbor
Jamaica - FC
