He has done nothing worthy of a ban.  I voted Option 4 just out of principle and my gut reaction, but reluctantly can see the need for Option 3.  Options 1 and 2 are just ludicrous.

After having thought a lot about it, I don't think he was trying to blackmail you or anything like that.
Inks has a problem with a communication though, but that doesn't mean he should lose his post of moderator.
