I don't like it as a whole, but I have a fair amount of respect for certain justices (i.e. Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsburg)

This. Even more infuriating is how close we could be to turning everything around.

What major decisions have they gotten right except for Obamacare (minus Medicaid)?

Prop 8 and DOMA, still very much a HC.

HC

And yet more proof that it does matter whether or not a Republican or a Democrat is president.

Awful, although Sotomayor, Ginsburg, and Kagan are great.

Also: US v. Jones and Riley v. California were good decisions.

My only complaint is with Roberts, who rolled over for Congress during the Individual Mandate case. He needed to give a strong yes/no opinion, not make a balance of powers argument about the legislative branch and their ability to tax.

Sotamayor and Kagan have been less crazy than I expected, though I expected at least 1 liberal justice to cross the line on Citizens United. Instead, they voted to preserve the monopoly of media corporations (like FoxNews) in the political process.

One of the better courts, and I agree with AG that Sotomayor and Kagan have been pleasant surprises.

Not perfect, but definitely a Freedom Court overall. They have the benefit of looking good in comparison to the executive and legislative branches right now, as well.

Well Sotomayor and Ginsburg are two of the best justices to ever serve on the court, but over all it's a nightmare.

uh no quite clearly neoliberal centrist democrats will appoint fellow neoliberal centrist comrades-in-arms, you can see this from bill clinton's appointment of noted right-wing troll ruth bader ginsberg

The Court that basically handed the US political system out to plutocrats must never be forgiven.

The fact that the swing vote is a libertarian conservative just shows how this court is horrible.
