Neither Dave nor Inks has spoken to us about it, so there's no way to know for sure.  My *guess* would be removed, given Inks's adamant refusal to step down in his latest posts, but all is speculation at this point.

Just reading this thread, it seems clear that DAVE read the Cave chat, and perhaps the chat in the public square (none of which I participated in), and thereafter DAVE removed Inks, either after chatting privately with Inks, or not. Only DAVE can demod.

It pained me to read some of this contretemps. Yes, I found it irresistible to do so, even though I should not be. So much so silly, so weird, so pointless, and in the end unfortunate in the sense the result was not to benefit from much of what Inks does as a Mod that performs a great service, while mitigating other issues that raised controversy. Sad indeed. I do hope Inks feels free to continue around here, even though he is working his tail off, so perhaps it is good, to lessen all the pressures. I can empathize at the moment!
