Yes, it appears that Dave de-modded Inks, and also accepted Al's resignation.  So neither of them are mods anymore.

Neither Dave nor Inks has spoken to us about it, so there's no way to know for sure.  My *guess* would be removed, given Inks's adamant refusal to step down in his latest posts, but all is speculation at this point.
