There's no such thing as a "union boss." Bosses are people who aren't elected and who yell at you all day. Union leaders are democratically accountable and can be removed from office.

I don't really understand the opposition to this. This is only enabling employers and unions to be able to agree to implement a hiring hall; this isn't forcing anyone to do anything.

I would agree with Tyrion, but I am leary of expanding such a policy beyond the federal level. I would have no problem supporting such a policy in the IDS as well, I just prefer not to move responsbilities up the ladder if possible.
