Romney because if McCain had been elected, we probably would have never had the votes in the Democratic Congress to override his veto on landmark pieces of legislation like the ACA, Matthew Sheperd, Lilly Ledbetter, and the economic recovery bills. At least if Romney was elected, Reid would have blocked any Romney-Boehner attempt to de-fund Obamacare and we'd still be in the Era of Obstruction anyways.
