Both my colleagues have been a pleasure to work with. It's disappointing that Torie's leaving for a month, though, particularly since we have at least one case coming up - it poses procedural problems. If it's just me and bgwah, what happens if we can't agree?

Well exactly, there's a reason the Court has an odd number of members.

That said, I should point out that Torie's been great on previous cases and his input is highly valuable.
