Is this going to be a series?

In that case, I'll make a prediction. Rich white countries will get overwhelmingly FF ratings and the countries that get HP ratings will for the most part be poor and not white.

The North American part of the series (and totally not racist Sanchez's post) suggests that is already the case.
Yeah, I don't want to live in a s[inks]hole nation. The conditions of these countries do not have anything to do with the skincolor of the citizens.

Guyana has a booming diamond industry that one of my father's clients worked in. He was living in abject poverty until he went over there. English is more commonly spoken there, which is a plus. Suriname also has a mining sector of their economy that interests me. And Chile doesn't seem to have the problems with crime that Brazil has, for example.

I'm sure you want to drive the Porsche around Rio, Gabe. I'm not into beaches, cars or clubbing or anything Rio is stereotypically known for, but I’d imagine you’d enjoy it. Did that influence your vote at all?
