I get the sense that Snowstalker tries (and fails) to reform himself whereas Bushie just doesn't care and instead prefers to make do with what he's got.  On the other hand, Snowstalker is infinitely more self-aware than Bushie and probably doesn't bother fooling himself into believing that what he says or does is justified, which I don't think I can say for Bushie.  Of course, my perceptions of them both are pretty biased.

I voted Snowstalker.

Snowstalker is Bushie, but Bushie is twice as old. One also has an entire show dedicated to him where he makes promises to change on a daily basis. Simple math here.
