The Next Moderator and Update

The Dead Man said it was pathetic or something for me to actively support myself for Mod... I would normally agree, but Atlas is in dire straits right now.  These are very important issues and SOMEONE like myself or BRTD needs to address them.  Why do we need another hard ass to "clean up the place"?  Haven't we enough of those?

What do the "pro-" and "anti-" options even mean here?  Is "pro-" someone who enjoys reading Update, or just someone who doesn't think the thread should be locked?

I would't have a problem with the update if:
A.it was less everywhere
2.(and most importantly) the "fans" of it actually wanted to help the "star" and not mock him and/or get some sick kick out of watching the train wreck

Ditto. Ergo my "policy" has been to ignore calls to ban it, and take individual reported posts (surprisingly few, actually) case-by-case.
