Banning unwanted elements - Round 3: Groups 10, 11, and 12 (Stage 2)

There are twelve named elements in groups 10, 11, and 12 and I want you to vote to eliminate two so as to leave ten for stage 2.  In the event of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be to have as equal a number of each group in the next stage as possible. Voting will last at least three days for this first stage.

Stage 2 Rules: Pick two elements to eliminate and one to give immunity to.  Immunity will last for the chosen element until used.
