We might as well repeal section two while we are at it, right?

I can't support any bill that repeals the Pornography Liberalization Act. If a parent doesn't want their child looking at porn, it's their responsibility, not the government's.

I'd like to hear from the Governor before I make my decision. Is there any reason why he wants to repeal the porno liberalization?

Hello!

The Governor is sponsoring the bill on my behalf, so you can direct questions to me.

THIS is the current law that was passed last session (below):

First, I have made it look nicer. Second and more importantly, I removed Part 2 (above). Part 2 (above, in the quote I provided) makes it legal for (seemingly) anyone to have sex with someone under 5, and is pretty much in conflict with Part 3.

Removing this Part 2 (which is what Talleyrand sponsored for me) makes this bill cleaner and obviously more morally okay.

Let me point out that I think the intent of the bill was something else and not to make sex with kids legal. I think someone just made a typo or didn't read it entirely.

@Swe - This repeals the Pornography Liberalization Act and replaces it with ALMOST the same exact text as I've explained.

Question: what's exactly the point of Part 2 of the Pornography Liberalization Act? I've heard the argument before that it allows anyone to have sex with someone under 5, but as I read it, it doesn't seem to say that. But despite that, it is almost illegible. So... please explain ^^

The point of Part 2 of the original bill is irrelevant because, I believe (I'm giving the benefit of a doubt here) it was accidentally written incoherently and not in the way intended by whoever wrote it. I think it was an accident. Regardless, what it actually says should not be legal. My bill strikes it from the record.

Since Napoleon already voted, I do not believe I am permitted to vote Sad
