So, which is your favorite regional convenience store/food stop?

As much as Braums is played up, nothing beats Wawa.

Wawa (normal)

It's even Mitt Romney approved.

My girlfriend is from Philly, so I can say with some authority that Wawa is very over-rated and not that good. But Braums looks totally revolting.

I have to respectfully disagree with Mitt...

Braums is amazing and clearly the best.

Here in Pittsburgh, we have Sheetz. I have no use for Braums and Wawa (which is a damned stupid name).

I only know what a "wawa" is because it's repeated (well, the line "do you even know what a Wawa is, girl?" over and over (and over) again at the end of the Bloodhound Gang song "Pennsylvania" (good song).

Omaha has Kum and Go, so we win.

Ugh!  WTF is that grotesque brick made of!?

Side note- Favorite thing at Wawa: classic roll chicken tenders, buffalo spread, pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, and roasted red peppers.  Simply delectable.

I probably shouldn't be commenting, since Braum's is probably some sort of Update crap and we should just starve the beast as it were...

...but as someone who used to live in Philly, I am compelled to proclaim: nothing compares to the glory that was grease, the grandeur that was Wawa.

Having spent significant amounts of time in both New England and New Jersey, I honestly have to say it's an open question whether Wawa or Cumberland Farms is better, and it takes a lot for me to say that about anything from New Jersey versus anything from Massachusetts. Both are clearly better than Braums.

I've only been to Wawa, so it wins by default.

Wawa of course, but holy hell at Buc-Ees. That looks like a small grocery store, an Aldi or something.

Most Wawa's I've been in are dirty and I wouldn't eat the food there anyway.
