Sorry, I haven't played any of these Risk games, but I've been lurking a bit recently.  Does Tyrion have any cards (which would then go to whoever vanquishes him)?  Because if so, then I'm not sure what sense it made for Matt to attack Oklahoma (which I guess makes him lucky for failing).  Without OK to worry about, wouldn't Snowstalker have been able to rather easily vanquish Tyrion on his turn?  He can still do it now, but it's not a sure thing.

I think the only hope Matt has is if he makes a smart decision about where to place his three reinforcements.  I realize the obvious choice is Washington, but he also has zero other options to consider, and he should weigh each one carefully.
