A hiring hall should not be forced on an employer, but if it is agreed to mutually, it can be a wonderful tool for finding skilled, blue collar labor. I see no reason whatsoever to preclude hiring halls anywhere, so this statute to me achieves an excellent balance.

It unduly burdens the abilities of those who don't want to join a union to get hired when a union gets a substantial say I who gets hired. Withdraw your signiture and veto this immediately.
