Your obsession with candidates that are boring/uncharismatic is quite odd. I don't really understand why you are so drawn to candidates that "don't make waves." It is one thing if its a boring but very experienced/qualified candidate, but the way you frame it makes it sound like the experience is secondary to the boring factor.
