Hi Worried In Florida,

I don't know what that is. However, water pressure being low is obviously an intolerable situation. What you should do is tape over most of the faucet or whatever so that there remains only a small opening for water to pass through. This will greatly increase the pressure, albeit you will be stuck with a very focused stream of water.

It may be possible that people are attempting to scratch CDs in the same manner that one could a vinyl record. This, tragically, fatally damages the media. As a compromise I would suggest donating your collection of classic hip hop vinyls to your local library for just such a purpose.
