How do we know if LBJ's health would've been holding up to allow him to serve a full 9 1/2 years in office ?

I don't think the country would have stomached back-to-back presidential funerals.

Considering the 1960s saw several presidential funerals: JFK (1963), Hoover (1964), Eisenhower (1969)
