Continually running a surplus could be potentially problematic in the future. Is there anything that we can bump up the funding for here?

I'll work on something.

(That'll depend on whether or not I was re-elected)

I say we cut the lowest-bracket income tax from 0,13% to 0,10%. I'd do a lot of good, and we'd still have a surplus. It's something, don't you think? We could do more of this, but I'd like to put this first before we do anything else ^^

Yep. Those low income folks aren't being unduly burdened in this particular region and overall, taxation is fairly low. We should definitely look towards rises in transport as we've said and I have a bill toward the homeless coming.

I still haven't heard from the SOIA. I'm hoping something by Monday.

The SOIA has promised me he'll have the numbers on my bill by tomorrow. If not, we can all storm his office and attempt to depose him Tongue

The budget can now be updated. The SOIA has provided the cost of my House the Homeless Act and the Assembly can now move forward.
