This bill is pretty self explanatory. I introduced this to make the procedure on what to do in the event of an absence of the Speaker. Under this amendment, the most senior representative, other than the Speaker or Lieutenant Governor (in this case BaconBacon96), would preform the role as speaker.

In accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of the Northeast Constitution, the referendum on this amendment will be held in conjunction with the August Assembly election.
