Abstain

I was about to vote Aye, but I realized it wouldn't pass anyway, and I also realized that the clause could actually be used to union-bust, since unions don't have protected freedom of assembly, only the constituents. It'd be an odd interpretation, but I wouldn't like that the opportunity exists. In any case, if my vote is needed, I'll still vote Aye.

This has enough votes to fail.
Senators, you have 24 hours to change your vote.

The results of the vote:
Aye (4): Senator Griffin, Senator TNF, Senator Alfred F. Jones, Senator bore
Nay (4): Senator North Carolina Yankee, Senator Lumine, Senator Goldwater, Senator DC
Abstain (1): Senator Tyrion
Non Voting (1): Senator shua

This amendment fails.
I, Windjammer, president of the senate, certify these results are accurate.

Senator shua, you have until  July,27 2014, 11:01:09 am to vote if you want your voteto be counted in mywindjammer senate ratings.
