Predicting a draw with Olympiakos. I expect our game won't be the most thrilling though so I'll watch Arsenal-Dortmund.

I was suspicious of Oblak's abilities.

I'm not really sure how anyone can still defend Wenger at this point. What an embarrassment.

Excellent results all around especially Benfica losing at home. Very important that Portuguese teams fail especially this CL campaign for the sake of Italy's coefficient.

Barça only beat APOEL 1-0 at home. Meanwhile, Roma spanked CSKA Moscow 5-1 (late consolation goal for the visitors).

From what I saw of the game it really should have been more than 2-0. Dortmund just had trouble sealing the deal.

The San Siro has officially been selected as the site of the 2016 Champions League Final.  Smiley

Real Madrid finally get going and get an 8-2 win.

Great matches this weekend: Milan vs. Juve today and City vs. Chelsea tomorrow.

Up 2-0 early at home to a lowly side and end the match 3-3. Only four points from four matches and we've only played bad to mediocre sides so far. Benitez has ruined this team.

After a slow start - partially attributed to exhaustion their players suffered during the World Cup - Bayern Munich has "finally" taken the lead in the Bundesliga as usual.

They did so by defeating and unseating the previous leader SC Paderborn who is considered a bit of an oddball. Prior to 2014, they never played in Germany's top league, being recently promoted from the second division last season. They subsequently made news by (briefly) taking 1st place in the premier division, leading a lot of people to wonder why this newcomer has become so f***ing strong out of the blue (the only match they lost so far is the one against Bayern Tongue ).

What else is up? Leverkusen has now taken 2nd place behind Bayern, which totally makes sense and is well-deserved, I guess. Borussia Dortmund turned out to be bit of a disappointed so far. With two wins, two defeats, and one draw they're now only on 8th place.

Bayern's possession rate in this game must be insane.

Juve's going down today. Even if one of their defenders shares my surname. Tongue

Such a prophet.

Juve really need to get it together and start losing in the league while getting points in Europe.

I liked that time when Atletico Madrid went down 0-3 within the opening thirteen minutes.

Ugh. Valencia will place fourth, I can guarantee that. And no dancing around it; Atleti played like shit today, particularly in defense, the organization of which will have to be worked out by Simeone. I think we're also in need of a designated penalty taker, though Diego Alves happens to be an excellent goalie. Also, Griezmann really shouldn't be a starter at this point; too little stamina for that.

BTW Phil, what are your opinions on Cerci?

Juve-Roma is turning out to be more dramatic than Chelsea-Arsenal!
