I'll be going to City vs. Liverpool next week at Yankee Stadium. Smiley

I imagine they'll be pushing Yankees-Red Sox pretty hard here.

Liverpool vs. City was a great time. I just happened to be sitting near the imitation Kop end. Liverpool "won" on penalties but each side gets a point because it ended in a draw during regulation.

Curious, but how did the game feel considering it was being played in a baseball stadium?

The MLS All-Stars are playing against Bayern Munich in Portland today, which is funny because it could be almost considered a rematch of the Germany vs. US game on June 26 during the recent World Cup.

(The All-Stars include US national football team members like Gonzalez, Besler, Beckerman, Zusi, Bradley, Dempsey, and Yedlin and the Bayern Munich squad consists of German national football players Neuer, Boateng, Lahm, Schweinsteiger, T. Müller, Götze).

Bayern btw lost to the US all-star-team with 1-2 ... Tongue

Well, they were probably still drunk from celebrating their World Cup victory. At least that's the general impression they gave the last few weeks. Wink

I watched the game, it was pretty entertaining for a not so friendly, friendly.

Sadio Mane thrown out of the Red Bull Salzburg squad 1 day before the Malmö game.

Apparently, because he wants to join another club.

That sucks massively, because Mane is one of the best players for Salzburg.

Sorry Tender Sad

I get that its only the Capital One Cup and that this isn't their starters, but Manchester United is currently losing 3-0 to Milton Keynes Dons.

The Germany vs. Argentina game starts in ca. 30 minutes.

You can watch it here:

Looks like Argentina thinks this is the big game. Tongue

Also, US beat Czech Republic 1-0 in Prague.
