I think I vaguely approve of most religions and denominations out there, perhaps with the exception of LDS and Southern Baptists. Although I don't know enough about most religious to give an informed opinion.

And even if I could, every religion and church has good and bad adherents. I don't think many religions are bad per se, it's what people make of them that does good or harm.
