English and Spanish are the only ones I can really vote for, but I guess I know bits and pieces of German and all the Latin-based languages.

I can speak Italian, French and English fluently. I can speak a few words of German, though embarrassingly I've lost most of what I've learned over 6 years of studying it. I can probably understand some Spanish, due to its similarity with Italian.

I am aware that all of those languages exist, so it could be said that I have knowledge of all of them.

Je peux parler un peu de français, mais je ne dirais pas que je suis bilingue.

In order of ability: English, Bengali, Spanish. I can more or less read every major Romance language, but that doesn't really count. People tend to think that I speak a lot more languages than I actually do.

I find it quite interesting that so much speak German and Italian, and comparably little French and Spanish. I thought the latter two to be much more common in the states...

They are much more common. My high school offered classes in Spanish, French, Japanese, and Chinese. I think German is more common in other parts of the country than in California, but it's certainly less common than Spanish or French.

Well, it's a perfect sentence, with no spelling mistakes, which is better than some "bilingual" politicians.

For me, French, English and a little bit of Spanish (and coming with that, basic understanding of written romance languages).

English, Latin and German, but I dramatically failed my German GCSE, so I sulkily refuse to speak it.

English, Japanese, Greek (Ancient), and French.

Why Ancient Greek and not Latin?

Russian (total fluency), English (total fluency), and Spanish (can understand it without any problems, but I still frequently trip over myself speaking or writing). Voted for all three. There are some more languages that I can read and get a good deal of what is being said, like Xahar said, but that doesn't really count.
