Cruz is at Perry levels. Ouch. He was leading the field earlier.

If Walker wins re-election, I still have a feeling he will be the next Anti-Paul.

11% in Iowa is lower than his showing in 2 of the 3 most recent Iowa polls, so I wouldn't call it "gaining steam".  The difference is that you usually have someone (usually Huckabee, who wasn't included in this poll) farther up in the high teens or so, whereas in this poll, the field is incredibly flat.
