Hounslow's two constituencies are called  Feltham & Heston (outer part) and Brentford & Isleworth (inner part), correct? So where exactly are Chiswick and Hounslow Proper in relation to Brentford and Isleworth (since it's no doubt the same constituency?)

Yep; represented by Mr and Mrs Keen. This being West London the more suburban seat is the better one for Labour Grin
Feltham is more like similer towns in Hillingdon than the rest of Hounslow; the drawing of the boroughs and constituencies in London is crazy (but you already knew that).

As for where they are:

This is basically a progress report or whatever;

I've finished Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Camden and Westminster. Westminster was the easiest to do and the hardest was Islington (took half an hour to find the results, and they were in .pdf format. How thoughtful).
The strangest ward so far is Highgate (Camden)... Labour polled just 30% in the ward and took all three seats. Multi-seat FPTP produces some "odd" results occasionally...
