I doubt Rand Paul would pick Portman as his VP.

Even more unlikely is that he'd win the Nomination.

It could happen, if Paul and Portman dicuss their ideological differences together, Paul could pick Portman. They can do well electorally, and they could probably not do well.

I can't see a Paul/Portman ticket winning New Hampshire. Depends on who the Democratic Nominee would be.... but still....

Great map. I think this is what they would manage. Hope the GOP doesn't nominate either of them however.
