Emphatic yes... And we should at least consider the idea of forcing regime change as well, as the only Russian leaders that have been worse than Putin are Stalin, Lenin and Khrushchev.

Even by liberal/non-socialist standards Lenin was clearly better than Brezhnev, Chernenko, Andropov, and Stalin.

First, where does he place Lenin relative to the people you mentioned? I don't see where that comes up.

Second, what did Chernenko do to make him worse than Lenin?
