FTFY.

I would actually love to see Jeffords run (as an independent), in that he'll siphon off votes from the Democratic nominee, thus making it easier for us to win.

As for the original topic, I hate to state the obvious, but Sarah Palin.

Dems who shouldn't run:
Biden, Warren, Cuomo, Gilibrand, Klobuchar, Warner and Dean.

Biden is too old, Dean is old news, Warner and Cuomo are too conservative, Gilibrand and Klobuchar don't have a big enough profile and Warren doesn't have enough experience.

Repubs who shouldn't run:
Bolton, Carson, Cruz, Peter King, Cain, Perry, Romney, Ryan

Bolton and King have no base, Carson and Cain don't have enough base, profile or experience, Cruz doesn't have enough experience and he rubs people raw, Perry and Romney are both flops at this point and Ryan doesn't have enough pop either.

Yes. She shouldn't run either.
Plus anyone from the batch that ran in 2012 (including Rick Perry and Mitt Romney, but especially Santorum, Bachmann, Gingrich, and Cain).
Add Mike Huckabee too.

Well we all know he's gonna run, but he won't get anywhere

Michael Steele - despite his electability I have some doubts on how good of a job he would do as President.
