An Oklahoma City federal court charged him with four counts of traveling to engage in illicit acts with a minor while volunteering with orphans in Kenya.

FTR, his name is Matthew Lane Durham and he is a 19 year old resident of Edmond.

Given what little we know of this case, it is entirely possible the suspect and our own Kenlahoman have been on a mission trip together.  Whether our Kenlahoman remembers him (especially if he came from a different church) is a separate question.
