Um...what? How are a Jihadist state and an event that will incite Jihadists not dangerous to the US? Remember Osama's stated reasons for attacking the US?

The only way ISIS will be a threat to us is if we bomb them, which we have refrained from doing so far.
We still have bases all over the Middle East...you think they're happy about that fact?

The difference between ISIS and Osama bin Laden is that the FBI has not (yet) trained ISIS.
You're thinking of the CIA, not the FBI. The CIA is responsible for training plenty of ISIS terrorists. And, even if they weren't, why wouldn't they be enraged by the same things that motivated 9/11 (US military occupation and blind support of Israel)?
