Well, forgive me for not sharing your outdated vision of society, Senator. Besides, fascism is dead, and buried (like communism and the rest of the failed ideologies of the 20th Century), so I fail to see where the comparison is apt.

The fact that you support deporting people for their political views is kind of a fascistic point of view, if you ask me. But you're no stranger to supporting authoritarian nonsense, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Well,
According to the senate rules,

Senator TNF,
While I appreciate your activity and your energy of defending your ideas, I would like to point out that calling a senator "fascist" isn't appropriate. Debates shall remain civil, every member has nothing to win if debates go nasty.
Thank you

This is your right to believe that, I'm not trying to influence your opinion of him. However, I would like to avoid any problem in the threads I administer. And I believe that calling a senator a fascist risks to deterioriate the tenure of the debates. So please Senator TNF, I would like you avoid saying that, at least in the Senate threads.
Thanks for your understanding

I thank the Vice-President for upholding the laws of the Senate and the forum, although I should note that I'm getting used to seeing TNF calling me a fascist by now. He's been doing it for the past seven months after all, xD

None of what I said about Lumine contradicts any of that, given that it is all true.

Even if this is true (which isn't), This is still hateful...

"I cannot put a man in jail for what he thinks, its in your bill of rights" - Kerensky to Wilson's Ambassador to Russia as portrayed in the movie Nicholas and Alexandra.

If you want to amend the law to make it more strict regarding its use as well as ot include protections for people and their views, then fine. But we cannot tie our hands and consent to to being forced to let people remain in the country whose sole purpose is to destroy and kill people within it.

Well, since there are only 8 senators (lol).
This has enough votes to fail.

Quote

The results of the vote:
Aye (2): Senator Lumine, Senator North Carolina Yankee
Nay (5): Senator TNF, Senator Alfred F. Jones, Senator Griffin, Senator Tyrion, Senator bore
Non voting (1): Senator Goldwater

This amendment fails.
I, Windjammer, certify these results are accurate.

This vote lasts 5 days.
So, the nominee who will be confirmedby the Mideast Assembly will have time.
