Article.

Peters (D)- 48%
DeMaio (R)- 43%

This was polled for the Majority PAC, so its probably about tied.

I doubt it's tied, unskewing is never accurate, as proven last cycle. DeMaio is highly overrated and isn't as big of a shoe in as Republicans have made him out to be.

SurveyUSA had Peters down by 7 and a partisan poll has him up only by 5. Do you seriously believe the race is closer to this poll than the non-partisan one? And if so, why do you think that?

Question 1:  I wonder if Terri Land Lynn really does support fair trade?
Question 2: What proportion of Michigan voters will believe her when she says she does support fair trade, but that Peters doesn't support it?
Question 3: I wonder if Michigan voters will research the fact that more Republican senators vote against ending tax breaks for companies which outsource jobs (all of them I think), than Democratic Senators do?

While the title probably tricked with the "Peters leading by 5" name, this is about CA-52, not the Michigan senate race. Plus, its in "2014 House Election Polls" board.

This seat should be close but in the end I expect Peters to carry narrowly.
