It's definitely because of Fallin's weakness and not Dorman's strength (although I do think Dorman is a relatively strong candidate).  The majority of people who took that poll probably don't even know who Joe Dorman is, let alone his positions on the issues.  Fallin's approval rating has been faltering lately, probably due to issues surrounding public education.
