What do you mean by 'votes'? All members are constitutionally required to dissent or concur publicly in a case, so the public should be well aware of how each Justice voted.

What do you mean by 'votes'? All members are constitutionally required to dissent or concur publicly in a case, so the public should be well aware of how each Justice voted.

The other justices seldom post in case threads.

Right, because all that's required is that they formally post where they concur or dissent. The ultimate opinion is the product of discussion between the Justices.

Okay, fair enough.  If memory serves, all three justices were very publicly engaged with the casea.  I believe that may have been the case with Tweed's suit two years ago.  But, as long as the justices are doing what is required of them, I suppose it's sufficient.
