Believe me, there are millions of us out there that don't even care if you live off the government.  We are called Democrats and you happen to be one

Sort of.  Oddly, he's already endorsed Christie for president:

Why do you put yourself on an emotional rollercoaster about everything?

Your GF was the best thing ever to happen to you and you were never going to leave her side. Now, she's history and you're trying your best to pretend she never mattered to you.

Your job as the greatest blessing to happen to you in a long time and now you're committed to walking away.

I'd say the stress of going overboard with overly-zealous devotion is not worth it. I hope you learn to not put yourself through it anymore.

And, if you're at work 8-9 hours a day, with 1-2 hours at home, getting ready for your work day, that's still at least 5-6 waking hours at your disposal. That's plenty of time to do meaningful employment searches. I know, spending your off-time relaxing or goofing around on the internet, watching tv or listening to music, are difficult habits to break. But, you need to learn to do so. That's part of adulthood: learning to put responsibilities in front of recreation. We've all had to learn to do that. Children put recreation before responsibilities. Adults have to do the opposite.

Take care and God be with you. Smiley

Also... what about weekends?

Yes, it might mean less baseball and *gasp* less Church... but it's a hell of a lot more sensible than quitting.

I don't think he really did have overzealous devotion in either case.  He liked the idea of having a job, and liked the idea of having a girlfriend and getting married.  He tried to convince himself that he was excited about both, and even accused others of being too negative whenever expressing any doubts.

But he may have simply been trying to talk himself into loving both, when he really didn't.

As several of us have said, he is bipolar, but refuses to obtain treatment for his condition because mental illness is worse than sin in Oklahoma.

What on earth is a "3 days notice"? You're supposed give at least two week's notice.

Expect to be escorted out of the building again, Jeff.

Well, Bill Clinton basically ended welfare, so there won't be any point in voting Hillary if you want a strong welfare system.

Not a bad pick.  I'm on Team Donny.  After him, I've got Jocasta and then Christine.

Oh man, I know you love pretty boys from New Jersey, Phil, but Cody is absolutely spineless. He looked like an absolute ***** for not putting up Caleb, just like he said he would. I could see Christine going far based on her alliances (and could even win if she flips just right), but I don't think Jocasta and Donny can last too much longer as pawns.

Personally, I like Nicole. She's not going to win, but I like her most as a person.

Excuse me! He's a Soccer player from my alma mater. Watch it.

And of course Our Dear Friend is a Donny fan (I am, too, though. As is everyone.).

A 3 days notice is what they request.  They don't require a full 2 weeks.  This was explained to us the first day.

I have made my decision after sleeping on it and I'm going to make the unpopular decision of pulling the plug and then get started on the job search as soon as I get back home.

As long as you can squeeze in an application or two between baseball games, I'm sure it'll be alright.

How about I look for jobs during baseball games?  I can do that, too.

His life has been a tumbling failure for the past decade due to his irrational and erratic decisions. It's quite obvious he has some sort of undiagnosed mental condition(s) and addictions, and won't be able to lead a productive and stable life until he cures the roots of his problems.

I still think there was a good possibility he was getting fired and just pre-empted it with some stupid excuse, like this one.

I don't know Bushie's height, someone of his weight would likely need to eat over 3,000 calories per day to maintain current weight. He's probably not being honest in his count.

MyFitnessPal tracks based on your own estimates of how much you've eaten and what exactly you've eaten, and with you having entered everything, whether it's a small snack or a meal. It's very easy to estimate portion size incorrectly, *especially* if you're eating out and having the equivalent of 2-3 meals.
