I've got a very stout headache again tonight.  It is hovering at a Grade 7.  I started getting it late in the day today and it hasn't gone away.  I'm thinking this may be prescription migraine pill worthy before it develops into a migraine.  It hasn't gotten any worse in the past 3+ hours, but it hasn't gotten any better.  This will not affect tomorrow in any way and I will go to work even if it is a severe headache.

There have been a handful of days in the first 12 days that I felt like staying home because of a migraine headache.  I currently have a 12-day attendance streak.

How about water? Just a thought. Most of what you consume is either full of sugar (fake sugar yes, but it has the same impact on your body) or caffeine. Which is a diuretic, and drains additional fluid from your body.

A key reason for regular severe headaches is dehydration. I'd imagine with your terrible diet, you're chronically dehydrated.

Also... regular headaches do not develop into migraines. They're two completely different physiological processes...

On the water, I need to get a big water jug and take with me to work.  There is a water cooler in the break room and I can very easily get me some water to begin my day and sip on it throughout the day.  That may not give me a full 8 glasses, but it will be a heck of a lot better than what I'm getting right now.  It might even help on the weight loss.

My headache tonight was apparently a developing migraine as the migraine pill has knocked it back to a Grade 6.  That's a small step in the right direction.  I'm considering going to bed earlier than normal to try to bring it down further.

No worries, Eraser.  My headache has come way down just since 1900.  It's down to a high-end Grade 4.  This makes tomorrow much easier to deal with.
