That's great!  Bushie, have you thought about buying some more exotic-type fruits?  Like mangos and kiwi?  They are truly delicious and might be a good way to better your diet, rather than trying to change things with bland, common food like lettuce and apples.

What if it was more of a characture... rather than an actual picture?

You've lost 2 inches off your waist just by losing 9 pounds?

To be fair, I was barely in the size 42 category (more likely 41).  I was a long way from size 44.  So, it didn't take much to knock me back to a size 40.  I'm still a good distance from size 38, although that's well within reach if I keep my momentum going.  I just know I almost lost my britches at the laundromat earlier this afternoon.
