The Gold and Silver Coalition

Please the gods, strengthen the economy

The Gold and Silver Coalition is an advocacy organization founded to promote the proposal of the creation of both a gold currency (the Sunshine) and a silver currency (the Luna). The practical goal of this is to strengthen our economy by creating competition between currencies. To join the GSC, simply post in this thread that you wish to become a member.

I'll join this if you take out the Norse god stuff. Commodity-backed currencies have a basis in secular economics as well as numerous other religious traditions.

I echo this. I've been supportive of commodity based currencies as being beneficial for a free society.
