I'm not snowstalker, but it seems very obvious that Simfan stopped being AG upon swearing in as GM. There doesn't seem any room for debate.

Given that Simfan never even swore in or performed any duties as AG, I would say so. I would appreciate having a deputy for the purpose of Wiki editing (or perhaps the President can make a new cabinet position called Editor), as I do not have Wiki access at this time.

The wiki editing is a major concern for me and I hope the President will explain to us what he plans do about this issue (like having an editor), but after seeing Snowstalker's work with the LGBT Act and other legal issues for the past weeks I trust him to be an efficient Attorney General provided the wiki issue is solved as quick as possible. I will support the nominee.

That is rather obvious, but since Nix insisted that complicated legal questions of the day be first to be asked of the top law man in the country, I figured this was the best one to start with in this hearing.

I apologize for not checking this thread. I followed simple logic on this--as Deputy Attorney General, I assumed that Simfan's relinquishment of the post made me Attorney General, or at least Acting A.G. However, the issue is moot now.
