Republicans should be rooting for these delays on the worst aspects of this law, and encouraging the President to make more of them, not suing him over it. 

Didn't Romney say something in the campaign about him stopping enforcement of Obamacare on day one of his wished-for presidency?

Not a single Democrat voted for it
Only 5 Republicans voted nay.

Probably true for all of them actually.

Probably they believe that these provisions of the ACA are unconstitutional anyway, so they aren't going to sue the President for not enforcing them.
