Hello, I'm WorkingClassBro. I'm now installing my workshop and union office in Detroit, MI.

My political philosophy is Marxism. I believe that capitalism is a disastrous economic and social system with serious contradictions that will eventually fall.

That said, I believe that here in Atlasia, we should seek to aid workers when necessary, but that with the very specific objective of making them stronger for the coming revolution, and not because of a "compassion" thing that is more tyrannical than anything. This will be my only issue regarding policy making here. Everything to aid the workers' revolution. 'Nuff said.

To my fellow Laborites, I'd like to prevent them from falling into the fallacy of "social democracy" or "social liberalism", which are concepts created to enlarge the bourgeois tyranny against workers through miserable government-led donations. I'd rather vote for a libertarian or for a lunatic rather than for a social democrat or a social liberal, because even they could be more helpful to the revolution. You're warned.

I suggest you all join the revolution. It'll still happen anyway. Workers of the world, unite!

Welcome to Atlasia! Glad to see the Marxist element is still well alive in Atlasia, and growing.

Marxism ain't an element, is a vision our concrete reality. Thank you anyway.

AT-LARGE SENATE (1 vacancy to fill)

[7] Dr. Cynic of Pennsylvania
Labor Party

[6] JCL (Johanus Calvinus Libertas) of Indiana
Federalist Party

[1] Matt from VT of Vermont
The People's Party

[5] Mechaman of Indiana
Bad Party

[8] Poirot of New York
Independent

[3] Spiral of Missouri
Democratic-Republican Party

[4] WrathoftheGods of Kansas
Independent

[2] Write-in: JoMCaR of Massachusetts
Federalist Party

[  ] None of the above

A really bizarre vote from someone who claims to be a staunch Marxist.

I'd rather vote for a libertarian or for a lunatic rather than for a social democrat or a social liberal, because even they could be more helpful to the revolution.

Yet you voted for a pretty blatant social democrat (Matt) over all the "libertarians and lunatics" and put Dr. Cynic, who has virtually the same political views, last, despite his membership in the Labor Party.

In addition, a quick glance through your post history shows completely vapid one-liners which reek of a sock/troll. There's no way I'm the only one calling B.S. on this.

FTR I am pretty much a democratic socialist, with staunch libertarian elements. Tongue

Maybe he saw that I'm a social democrat, not a Marxist, and it pissed him off? I'm not worried about it.

Maybe you're wrong, maybe I am. Anyway, this is my first time voting here and I've just got to know you, so this was experimental. Maybe I'll do it better next time, maybe it'll be the same. But hey, the revolution will come anyway, so what's the whole point about worrying about votes? Smiley

...Dr. Cynic, who has virtually the same political views...

OK, this time I didn't vote with my party, but that doesn't mean I'll be acting like a pointless rebel in the party. My goal is to create the historical consciousness and class consciousness that we'll need to really be the voice of the workers that we seek to be.
