Considering Pryor is going to carry AR-02 even if he loses, Dems definitely have a good chance of getting it.

Some of the democratic leaders do.

I mean, Hoyer was asked about Democrats' chances in AR. What do you expect him to say? Of course he'd say something optimistic.
